Peculiar Knob

AusCrush commenced crushing and screening Iron Ore in November 2021. This campaign is situated 90 kilometres Southeast of Cooper Pedy, within Peculiar Knobs high grade DSO hematite/magnetite mine.

This mine site is a simple open pit operation, with our involvement evolving from auxiliary crushing and screening to primary crushing and screening plant for the mine. The remaining mineral resource consist of approximately 7.2 million tonnes of high-grade iron ore (~63% FE). AusCrush currently produce approximately 900,000 tonnes per annum.

Throughout this project AusCrush have provided consistent services, benchmark safety and excellent reliability creating a strong partnership with our client with continued works for the foreseeable future.
